Return Policy
MedTyme provides the best return policy, accepting the return of all new items allowed by the manufacturer and in accordance with the return processes outlined below. In order to reduce your return expenses, we only charge the vendor’s restocking fee or a small service fee of $5.00.
All sales are final on Typing & Notary Services once the job is in progress or completed.
Used and “as-is” sales are FINAL and not qualified for return unless otherwise arranged in the terms and conditions of the time of sale. Non-returnable items include: opened consumables, opened sterilized equipment or supplies. Most supplies are sold new and as final. MedTyme reserves the right to only process qualifying returns. This return policy applies to new equipment sales only. Used equipment sales are final unless otherwise arranged at the time of sale.

MedTyme (MEMRA) is required to train all workforce members with all policies and procedures relating to the Privacy and Security of Protected Health Information (PHI) as mandated by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
MedTyme, (dba, Memra – MedTyme Emergency Medical Relief Association), has been prepared to protect your information as required by The HIPAA PRIVACY RULE policies and procedures. Each patient/customer shall be given a copy of the HIPAA regulations. The federal government, along with the Equal Employment Opportunities Commission (EEOC), requires every business, regardless of size, to have a formalized company manual so that it is available to each employee regarding the privacy & confidentiality of patient’s information at workstations.
