Fees For Mobile Notary Travel Services:
Our Mobile Notary Service is offered and dedicated to the sick and disabled unable to pay the required fee for document signing. MEMRA does not charge customers for our Notary Services! We accept voluntary donations only. Donations of any amount to help individuals in need with no Medical Support.
Nevada law limits the fees Notaries may charge (to the statutory maximum). These fees include an hourly travel fee based upon the time of day traveled.
6 A.M.-7 P.M. – $10 /hr.
7 P.M.-6 A.M. – $25 per/hr.

GENERAL INFORMATION & Notarization Policies
- Notary Services is offered & dedicated to the sick and disabled.
- MEMRA provide full Notary services. With years of experience, our certified notaries will provide a comfortable and professional signing experience and will insure that all document(s) are and checked for 100% accuracy prior to completion. All Notary acts performed.
- We provide professional and reliable medical mobile notary services to hospitals, medical clinics, doctor’s offices, private homes, senior resident homes, hospice & retirement facilities. In addition, we are Certified Loan Signing Agents and Trusted Members of the National Notary Association.
- Regular business hours notary services. We offer in-office Notary services during our regular business hours, Monday – Friday from 8:00 – 4:30pm.
- We are also available after hours upon request at any designated time and location. If you require notary services at an alternative location or would like to take advantage of our services outside of business hours then please call 702-586-4MED for an appointment or to set up a location-specific service call. This provides a means of having a customer’s signature on a document attested to without traveling to a district or circuit court.
- Recognized by most jurisdictions and government agencies as well as business to be acceptable proof of validity of signature.
- No Set Fee(s) required for loan document signing. We accept donations for Title and Loan Document Signings. Available in your office, borrowers home or our office for borrowers/customers that wishes to keep their home and business location private. All proceeds help fund our emergency medical relief association.

Acknowledgement of Disclosure Statement by Notary Public:
- Our notaries are not Attorney’s and therefore, by law, cannot explain or interpret the contents of any document for you, instruct you on how to complete a document, by doing so they would be engaging in the unauthorized practice of law.
- Please read this disclosure statement it is intended for all parties involved and to the best of their knowledge the person(s) who signed the advance directive and general power of attorney forms to be of sound mind, that he/she/them signed or acknowledged the advance directive in their presence and that he/she/them appears not to be acting under pressure, duress, fraud or undue influence.
- The certified notary public for the Said County of Clark, State of Nevada, is not related to the person(s) making the advance directive and power of attorney by blood, marriage or adoption nor, to the best of their knowledge, not named in his/her will and not the person appointed in the advance directive.
- The notaries are not a health care provider or an employee of a health care provider who is now, or has been in the past, responsible for the care of the person making the advance directive or power of attorney. They are a notary public credibility and witnessing the execution of document(s) by satisfactory identification only.
